SBEM Calculations are a mandatory requirement for any heated, new commercial building exceeding 50m2 floor area. The Elmhurst Services Team can provide SBEM calculations for all commercial buildings, such as:

SBEM calculates the energy cost and carbon emissions generated to heat, light, ventilate, cool and provide hot water to a building. SBEM calculations are also used to show compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations, and should be applied from the design stage of the build process.
Our Services Team is trained to use the software that is needed to produce the SBEM calculation and we are Accredited to produce EPCs. Our Services Team can also produce calculations for extensions and conversions.
We pride ourselves in having good relationships with Building Control bodies. Our service provides rapid turn-around times, we are proactive in incorporating inovative materials and renewable energy sources into the calculations where and when required.
