New Build SAP Calculations

Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculations are a mandatory requirement for any new build dwelling. SAP is used to show compliance with Section 6 of the Building Regulations and is applied at the design stage of the build process - to be submitted as part of the warrant application. Elmhurst's Services Team are fully qualified SAP Assessors and have been producing authorised SAP calculations since 1995. We provide the calculations for many dwellings including New Build Dwellings. |
