Pressure Tests identify air leakage paths using special equipment and can be a cost effective method of achieving compliance with Section 6 of the Building Regulations
Although Pressure Tests are not a mandatory requirement in Scotland there are many benefits in conducting a Pressure Test within your build project. Pressure Tests quite often uncover air leakage paths via skirting boards, loft hatches and bath panels. |
